What makes this role different?




In many psychology clinics, flexibility is promised but hard to deliver - sessions lock you into rigid hours, and "balance" usually takes a back seat. We wanted to change that.
At HCFP, our clinic runs from
7am to 7pm, weekdays only
, which means you can structure your shifts around your lifestyle:
Prefer to start early and
finish around lunchtime
? Choose a
morning shift
(7am start, early finish).
More of a night owl? Select an
afternoon shift
, giving you a slow morning and plenty of breathing room before starting work.
Shifts are structured around
face-to-face client time only
. Your
non-billable time is already included in your contracted hours and pay
- meaning you won't be expected to complete these tasks on your own time.

About the role
We're seeking a psychologist who is passionate about therapeutic care and assessments (Autism, ADHD, and other developmental differences in children and adolescents). Together, we'll work with you to develop a caseload that reflects your strengths and interests.
About you
Fully registered (general/registrar/endorsed) Psychologist with AHPRA
Eligible for a Medicare provider number
Excited to work with children, families, and diverse presentations
Looking for a role where flexibility, culture, and career development truly matter
Thrives in a
