We're looking for a passionate and experienced Educational Leader to guide educators, strengthen practice, and deliver meaningful learning experiences for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

The Opportunity
Lead and mentor educators to strengthen practice and pedagogy
Deliver high-quality, EYLF-aligned programs
Drive continuous improvement and reflective practice
Ensure compliance with NQS and regulatory standards
Build solid relationships with families and the community
Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive team culture
