ABOUT THE CHANCE
Hyecorp invites expressions of interest from experienced building management professionals for the role of Building Manager at Audrey St. Leonards — a landmark residential development of elegant 1, 2 & 3 bedroom parkside residences in St Leonards NSW.
The successful candidate will initially work closely alongside our post‐completions team during the defect liability period, helping to identify, track, and close out defects as the building transitions into full operation. This is an exciting entry point into a prestige new building — and for the right person, an opportunity to grow into a full‐time role across Hyecorp's broader property portfolio.

Audrey is a collection of parkside residences at 15 Canberra Avenue, St Leonards — inspired by the timeless classicism of New York and crafted for a connected, prestigious address. Developed and built by Hyecorp, the building is nearing completion and ready to welcome its first residents in September ****.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Building Manager will be responsible for proactively managing all processes and personnel involved in maintaining operations, facilities, services, and the environment of Audrey St. Leonards.
Overseeing all plant and equipment including HVAC, fire services (AFSS), elevators, hot water, electrical, pool equipment, and security systems
Conducting regular property inspections to capture and address potential issues
Liaising with Strata Management and acting as the key on‐site contact for complaints, service calls, and maintenance contractors
Managing resident moves in/out, access keys and tokens,
and adherence to registered by‐laws
Working alongside the Hyecorp post‐completions team to close out defects during the defect liability period
Inducting contractors, checking insurances, monitoring performance and quality of work
Establishing and maintaining asset registers, preventative maintenance schedules, and records
Providing monthly reports covering recommended works, services and repairs, work orders, and quotes
Controlling expenditure in accordance with allocated budgets and forecasting planned maintenance costs
Managing insurance risk assessments and notifying the Managing Strata Agent of incidents
Attending Strata and Community meetings as required
Ensuring all work is undertaken in accordance with WHS, environmental, and quality guidelines
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications & experience
Qualification in property, facilities management, building services, or trades
Certificate of Registration
Sound understanding of real estate, property, and strata industries
Skills & knowledge
In‐depth knowledge of strata schemes, statutory legislation, and WHS requirements
Understanding of relevant building codes (BCA)
Experience with MYBOS, Asana, Gmail, and cloud‐based business tools
Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and project/scheduling tools
Strong customer service, communication, and problem‐solving skills
