It provides high-quality care in a shared accommodation setting that is accessible to all individuals.As a Lifestyle Officer, you'll help create meaningful and uplifting experiences for our residents through engaging social, recreational, cultural,



and wellbeing programs.
Your work will support mental health, foster independence, and celebrate each resident's individuality.With a well-designed activity program as your guide, you'll tailor experiences to reflect each person's unique interests and values—ensuring they feel seen, heard, and empowered.You'll be supported every step of the way by our Lifestyle Coordinator and dedicated care team at LAKEMBA, working together to deliver exceptional care and quality of life.Let's create moments that matter, together.About You:Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or related qualification, or willingness to attain (desired)Experience in a similar role is essentialTeam player who enjoys interacting with older people and has the right heart and drive to serveBasic technology/computer skills and willingness to take part in ongoing educationCurrent First Aid certificateHold a current drivers licenseIf you are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of people and meet the above requirements, we would love to hear from you!
