About the Role
We are seeking an
enthusiastic and dedicated qualified

Coordinator
, you will inspire your team with compassion, friendliness, and the ability to engage positively and productively with children.
Your Key Responsibilities:
As the Coordinator, you will play a vital leadership role in shaping a positive, enriching environment for children,
educators, and families. Your responsibilities will include:
Create a safe, inclusive space
– Champion a culture where every child and staff member feels welcome, supported, and respected
Stay organised and vigilant
– Manage
accurate attendance records and bookings
to ensure consistent supervision and safety
Empower your team

Supervise and mentor educators
, helping them grow in confidence and capability in their daily practice
Inspire young minds
– Design and deliver
engaging, educational programs
, underpinned by thoughtful observations and reflection

– Support and promote the
mission and ethos of the Catholic Church

About You:
To excel in this role, you will bring:
A
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
.
Proven experience in
Out of School Hours Care (OSHC)
.
Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
Is reliable, organised, and enthusiastic
Certification in
Child Protection Training
.
Current
First Aid Certificates
, including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management.
A valid
NSW Working With Children Check
.
