We're looking for a
Customer Service Superstar
to join our crew in Tuggerah.
This isn't your average sit-at-the-desk-all-day gig — you'll be the friendly face and helpful voice that makes every customer feel like part of the family.
Experience is awesome, but it's not the deal-breaker.
If you've got a great vibe, a can-do attitude, and a sharp eye for detail, we can teach you the rest!
What You'll Be Doing:
Chatting with tradies and the public — face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
Putting together accurate quotes and processing sales orders
Keeping things running smoothly between order entry, purchasing, and production




Solving customer problems and offering smart product advice
Working closely with a tight-knit team to smash goals together

Tech-savvy with solid computer skills
