About the role
As a Camden Hire Mechanic, you'll be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repairof a wide range of plant equipment and vehicles.
You'll ensure our fleet remains safe, reliable, and ready for hire, playing a key role in keeping our operations and customers moving.




You'll be joining a supportive and experienced team that values quality workmanship, efficiency, and safety.
Key responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, plant, and traffic equipment
Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely
Carry out scheduled servicing and inspections
Maintain workshop cleanliness and organisation
Manage time effectively to meet operational priorities
Ensure compliance with WHS and company safety procedures
What we're looking for
Relevant trade qualification (Light Vehicle, Heavy Vehicle, or Plant Mechanic)
Own tools
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Working hours are negotiable and will be discussed during the interview process.
