Our client is a well-established national modular construction company delivering cutting-edge projects across the education, health, commercial, infrastructure and residential sectors.

They are seeking a Senior Safety Advisor to partner with project teams across Queensland, providing hands‑on HSE leadership while supporting continuous improvement across the business.

The Role
Partner with project teams, subcontractors and senior leaders to drive a positive safety culture across multiple projects throughout Queensland.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, incident investigations and risk assessments.
Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and ongoing safety training.
Support the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of WHS management systems, policies and procedures.
Review SWMS, provide practical safety advice and ensure compliance with legislative and company requirements.
Build strong relationships with operational teams, influencing positive safety behaviours across both manufacturing and construction environments.
Hybrid position with a combination of site and work-from-home flexibility.

About You




Previous experience as a Senior Safety Advisor or Safety Advisor
Experience working across manufacturing, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, modular or residential construction projects.
Robust knowledge of WHS legislation, contractor management, incident investigations and risk management.
Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive, solutions‑focused and capable of working autonomously across multiple sites.
Willingness to travel across Queensland as required.
