Job Description

Applicants must be licensed CA/CPA, reside in Brisbane, and be open to a hybrid working arrangement of two days remote and three days in office.

Responsibilities

Manage and review business activity statements, income tax returns, and financial statements for individuals, SMEs, trusts, and companies.

/n
Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to identify opportunities to minimise tax liability and improve business performance.

/n
Lead, mentor, and support the technical development of junior staff.

/n
Build and maintain robust client relationships as a trusted advisor for ongoing compliance and advisory needs.

/n
Oversee workflow management, billing, and WIP to ensure deadlines are met and the team operates within budget.

/n
Prepare high‐level transactional advisory work such as CGT concessions, brokerage, and restructuring.

/n




Utilise Karbon email/CRM/workflow system and Ignition, Now Infinity platforms.

Qualifications and Requirements

/n

/n
Licensed CA/CPA.

/n
At least 2 years of experience as a business services manager or related role.

/n
Demonstrated interest or experience working with clients in the medical industry.

/n
Proven ability to work collaboratively and supportively within a team.

/n
Solid communication and organisational skills.

/n
Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2 days remote from home, 3 days in office).

/n
