This role offers the chance to directly support Australia's national security and the protection of critical Defence operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage access control and conduct regular foot patrols to maintain site security and awareness
Engage professionally with Defence personnel, contractors,
and visitors while maintaining a strong security presence
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and suspicious activity
Ensure compliance with Defence security procedures and site protocols at all times
Accurately complete incident reports, shift logs, and required documentation in line with site standards
Requirements:
Australian Citizenship- required for Defence security clearance eligibility
QLD Security License
Baseline Defence Clearance- Or willing to obtain
Ability to remain calm under pressure with robust attention to detail
High integrity and accountability across all security duties
