Roller Operator / Civil Spotter & Labourer
We are seeking experienced Roller Operators and Civil Spotters/Labourers to join a major civil construction project. This is an excellent prospect to secure ongoing work with one of Australia's leading civil contractors in a supportive team environment.
Pay Rates
$***** per hour

Key Responsibilities
Operate rollers safely and efficiently (Roller Operator role)
Perform general civil labouring duties
Spot plant and work safely around mobile equipment
Assist with trenching, excavation and pipe laying
Install pits, conduits and drainage
Assist with concreting and formwork
Carry out site preparation and housekeeping
Use hand and power tools safely
Assist plant operators and tradespeople
Read and follow basic site plans and instructions




Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
Essential Requirements
Must pass a Drug, alcohol and pre employment test.
Previous civil construction experience
Roller operating experience (for Roller Operator applicants)
Experience spotting mobile plant
Current White Card
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Ability to perform physically demanding work
Experience using hand and power tools
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a team
