Green by Nature is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead turf, garden and grounds maintenance across government contracts from our Ormeau depot. You will manage staff, ensure service quality and build lasting client partnerships while driving growth and continuous improvement.
You will report to the State Manager, balance client expectations with operational delivery, mentor Supervisors and teams, and uphold safety and quality standards to deliver projects on time and within budget.
