Our Ozcare Aged Care at Home Branch based in Cairns is looking for a Casual Nurse to join the team.Your RoleAs a Registered Nurse you'll be looking after the most significant people in our organisation – our clients.
You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care across all age groups within the community, supporting a variety of clinical needs including complex wound care, palliative care, medication administration and chronic disease management.
Your tasks will include:Initial assessment of client needs and implementation of ongoing care, including coordination, case management and care planningDelivering holistic, client-centred care in consultation with clients, families and the multidisciplinary teamMonitoring, evaluating and documenting client progress in line with skilled and legal standardsAdministering and reviewing medications, treatments and clinical interventionsLiaising with internal and external stakeholders and making referrals as required to support client outcomesMaintaining accurate,
