This role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

Responsibilities

/n

/n
Building relationships with application and cloud infrastructure engineers; identifying monitoring and observability gaps and building solutions.

/n
Providing subject matter expertise to Application/Infrastructure/Dev Ops teams to develop dashboards and alerts to achieve observability and monitoring business goals

/n
Coaching junior observability & monitoring engineers to mature their ability to self-service implement monitoring and observability capabilities for their platforms

/n
Maintain OnPrem and Cloud Monitoring solutions such as installation, patching,



and lifecycle management.

/n
Work with Operations Leadership to advance our strategy, produce metrics and report on forecasted demand, capacity, and overall system health for On-Prem and Cloud Monitoring Solutions.

/n
Leading the implementation of changes into production workplace following change control methodology.

/n/n

About You

/n

/n
Ideally 5+ years' experience across observability and monitoring engineering.

/n
Hands-on skills across a broad range of software, automation & monitoring tools.

/n
Some knowledge and/or experience with Dynatrace would be advantageous (not essential).

/n/n
