About the Position:
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Structural / Residential Structural Draftsperson with 3-5 years of experience to join an expanding and dynamic team in our
Ashmore or Brisbane
office. The ideal candidate will have solid technical knowledge of structural drafting, design and analysis within the residential space, as well as project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed structural designs for residential, commercial and industrial projects, including steel, concrete, and timber structures.




Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other project team members to ensure the designs are aligned with the project goals and requirements.
Prepare construction documents and specifications for bidding and construction purposes.
Communicate and coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure project timelines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
About You:
3-5 years of experience in structural drafting, with a focus on residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Experience in using both AutoCAD and Revit.
Detailed working knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC, building codes and regulations.
Knowledge of quality, safety and environmental compliance requirements and a commitment to keeping safety at the core of everything you do.
Personable with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven track record of managing client relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Current Automatic Class C Drivers License.
