Alto Pennant Hills is seeking a talented and experienced Automotive Spray Painter to join our team in Pennant Hills, NSW. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high-quality standards of our vehicles, ensuring they are meticulously refinished to our customers' satisfaction. Do you want to use your experience in a proper body shop and not a production line. Our prestige panel shop is and approved repairer for Toyota, Audi, VW, Jaguar, Landrover, Skoda, Cupra and Mitsubishi and other new brands.
What you'll be doing
Expertly prepare and refinish vehicle bodies, parts and components to the highest standard
Utilise advanced spray painting techniques to achieve a flawless finish
Carefully mix and match paint colours to ensure a perfect colour match
Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations throughout the painting process
Maintain a clean and organised work environment




Collaborate with the wider workshop team to ensure effective and timely service delivery
What we're looking for
Proven track record of high-quality automotive spray painting and refinishing work
Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for colour matching
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
