We have the opportunity for a part-time Registered Nurse to join our expanding community driven GP Clinic. Flexible hours. Ideally looking for someone 3 full days a week or part-time hours 4/5 days a week. Also opportunity for someone looking for full-time work to work 2 days a week at our sister clinic, Northern Skin Doctors.
ABOUT US:
Yorkeys Medical Centre, established in ****, is a family, locally owned and managed, healthcare practice. We take great pride in providing our community with high quality, patient-centric healthcare. We are currently seeking a friendly, innovative and empathetic professional to join our expanding practice as a Registered Nurse.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a clinical setting.
Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs, medical histories and health evaluations.
Administer medications, treatments and vaccinations as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor patient progress and communicate any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
Assist in minor surgical procedures and other clinical interventions.
Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans and preventative care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with physicians,



specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities.
ABOUT YOU:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse (Essential)
Registered with APHRA (Essential)
Familiarity with medical software Best Practice (Highly Regarded)
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
Excellent time-management and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and attitude
Willingness to learn and develop
Full unrestricted Australian working rights
