Cranfield Group has partnered with a Fabrication company based on the Sunshine Coast.
With multiple new contracts and projects on the horizon, our client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Powdercoater to join their team. This is a full time opportunity with an immediate start.
Responsibilities
Perform Powder coating on aluminium fence panels, balustrades, screens, posts and long lengths of extrusions
Perform pre-treatment, hanging, and wrapping as well as coating.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Operate and maintain equipment and tools
Work effectively in a team workplace
Requirements
Prior powder coating Experience and attention to detail essential
Ability to perform and pass D&A; testing.
Proficiency in powder coating aluminum and sheet metal
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings




Familiarity with safety procedures and guidelines
Must have the ability to work independently and have the right attitude to get the job done.
Reference and contact details of past two employers
Ability to use initiative for other tasks around workshop

Hours of work can be anywhere from 6am -5pm
Ability for work 38 hours in 4 days - 3 day weekends!
$42p/h plus super plus entitlements
