Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a premium and welcoming experience for all clients and visitors
Lead, mentor, and support a showroom team, creating a collaborative and high-performing environment
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, clients, and industry partners
Oversee client enquiries, showroom appointments,and customer service processes to ensure exceptional experiences
Skills & Experience
Previous experience managing a showroomwithin luxury interiors, furniture, lighting, architecture, or a related design-led industry
Proven experience managing and developing a team,



with strong leadership and people management skills
Exceptional client service and relationship management abilities, with a focus on delivering a premium customer experience
Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills, with a genuine passion for luxury design and interiors
