About The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential metal re-roof projects. Your role will encompass the entire project lifecycle, from site measures to final close-out. Key responsibilities include:
Conduct site measures, prepare accurate take-offs, and deliver costings within targets.
Manage material procurement and scheduling to support efficient project delivery.
Coordinate material deliveries and resolve supply issues before delays occur.
Oversee project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Maintain accurate roof reports, project records, and ERP system updates daily.
Track project progress closely and ensure timely completion and close-out activities.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Residential metal roofing experience, able to complete site measures independently.
Insurance repair experience highly regarded, adding value to project expertise.
Strong understanding of margin protection and its role in successful project delivery.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining compliance standards.
Excellent communication skills with homeowners, tradespeople, and stakeholders.
Strong ownership mindset with accountability for project outcomes and results.
