About the Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring exceptional service to our tenants while maintaining strong relationships with contractors, owners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants
Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractor appointments




Conduct routine property inspections
Prepare lease documentation and assist with lease renewals
Manage rent arrears and tenant communications
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures
Maintain accurate records using property management software
About You
You are an organised, proactive and customer-focused property professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in property management
Experience using property management software
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Robust organisational and time-management abilities
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritise competing tasks
Current Victorian Driver's Licence
