Farah Restaurant is looking for an experienced Waitstaff member to join our team in Spring Hill. This is a part-time role with regular evening and weekend shifts. You'll provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming dining experience for our guests.
Key responsibilities
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and alcoholic beverages in accordance with RSA requirements.
Recommend menu items and beverages to guests.
Process payments using the POS system.
Maintain clean and well-presented dining areas.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure efficient service.
Follow food safety, hygiene and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
About you




at least 5 years previous experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality venue.
Current Queensland RSA certificate (essential).
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and beverage service.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Reliable, well-presented and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Food Safety Certificate and POS experience are an advantage.
