We are seeking an accomplished
Senior Dermal & Laser Clinician
to join our full-time team—someone whose experience, standards and professional ambition reflect the level of practice Aesthete represents.

The Opportunity
At Aesthete, technology, education and patient experience are fundamental to the way we practise.
You will work alongside four experienced registered nurses, senior skin and laser clinicians, and Aesthete's broader integrative medical and aesthetic team. Together, we develop sophisticated treatment pathways across skin health, aesthetic medicine, regenerative therapies and advanced laser technologies.
Our approach extends beyond individual procedures. Every recommendation begins with assessment, imaging and a clear understanding of the patient's presentation, allowing treatment to be strategically planned and progress to be meaningfully evaluated.
You will work with an advanced technology portfolio that includes:

You will also work with leading pharmaceutical and professional skincare ranges, including Biologique Recherche, Lira Clinical and iS Clinical.
About You
You are an experienced dermal and laser clinician with the confidence to manage complex presentations, communicate with authority and develop treatment pathways that extend beyond a single modality.
You will bring:
Extensive experience across laser, IPL, radiofrequency microneedling, medical-grade peels and advanced skin treatments
A strong understanding of skin physiology, treatment selection and combination therapy
The ability to create structured treatment plans integrating professional procedures and prescribed home care
Confidence in patient education, consultation and expectation management
High standards of documentation, photography and progress evaluation
A commitment to exceptional treatment delivery and patient experience
Professional accountability, commercial awareness and genuine motivation to achieve measurable results
The ability to work effectively alongside registered nurses and senior practitioners
A minimum Diploma of Beauty Therapy or recognised dermal qualification
Current Radiation Health licensing relevant to the position
Australian citizenship or permanent residency
Previous experience within a specialist skin, laser, cosmetic medical or procedural practice is required.
Your Role
Your responsibilities will include:




Conducting comprehensive skin consultations and developing personalised treatment pathways
Performing advanced dermal, laser and energy-based treatments
Managing more complex skin presentations within your professional scope
Working alongside our nursing team to coordinate multi-modality treatment plans
Using OBSERV and advanced imaging to assess presentation and demonstrate progress
Building a loyal patient base through exceptional results, communication and continuity
Maintaining meticulous patient records, photography and procedural documentation
Upholding Aesthete's standards across presentation, safety, treatment delivery and patient experience
Contributing to an ambitious team culture centred on education, accountability and growth
