ABOUT THE ROLE:
You'll be a key participant in our sales engine, supporting profitable growth by providing your customers with accurate product advice, competitive pricing and clear delivery information. You will also provide proactive support to internal stakeholders across sales, projects and administrative functions to ensure smooth operational performance.
A core component of the role is the effective resolution of internal and external customer issues, ensuring outcomes that support both customer satisfaction and broader business objectives. You will also be responsible for the timely and consistent follow up of all quotations to maximise project success and contribute to overall sales performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Grow profitable sales by advising customers on the right products, pricing and delivery options
Support internal teams with proactive project, sales and admin service
Own the quotation process end to end
Build strong customer relationships and support strategic sales visits
Identify margin boosting opportunities and influence product and inventory strategy
Prepare accurate, compliant tenders, technical schedules and project documentation
Maintain high quality product data and ensure every quote is commercially sharp
Provide technical support and training to internal and external stakeholders
Keep CRM and reporting up to date to support business visibility and growth
WHAT YOU BRING:




Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
1 - 3 years' experience in tendering, technical studies or quotations
Strong commercial instincts
Confident negotiator with high level communication and presentation skills
Action oriented, self motivated and focussed on driving results
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Solid computer skills and a knack for understanding how businesses operate
