Skills and Experience
Enjoy working in a busy environment with a true passion for cooking and a strong emphasis on presentation.
Proven ability working in a large capacity venue.
Demonstrate high-level proficiency across all stations.
Follow venue menu planning for preparation and cooking.
Experience in production kitchens is advantageous but not essential




A keen eye for detail and a positive and proactive approach.
Strong and detailed business acumen for kitchen operations
Proven ability to lead by example and foster a creative and organised environment where team members take pride in their work.
Mentor staff and foster a positive, respectful, and productive kitchen culture.
Qualifications
At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
3 years relevant experience in a busy restaurant
Food Handling Skill Set
