The Opportunity
$31+ per hour with additional casual loading, onsite allowances and weekend penalties paid on top of your base rate

Key Responsibilities
Operate a computerised weighbridge with cashless payment processing
Process sales through the buy-back centre
Inspect, identify and manage incoming waste streams
Recover recyclable materials from mixed waste
Direct and manage onsite traffic safely
Provide operational support within the transfer station
Safely operate machinery including forklift and water truck (where licensed)
Deliver a high standard of customer service to all site users
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Hold a current NSW Driver's Licence
Be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Be physically capable of manual handling duties
Have basic computer skills and experience using POS systems
Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and customer service
Desirable (but not essential):
Traffic Control accreditation
HR Truck Licence
Forklift Licence
Previous waste management or resource recovery experience
