What's on offer?
As a result of new business opportunities, we are planning to expand our Spray Seal Team and are seeking crew members to join our team based in Ballarat. As a member of the crew you will enjoy a outstanding team environment and work for a company that values a good culture.
We're looking for candidates who have spray seal/industry experience or a desire to learn and progress in a new industry.
Current Drivers Licence - MR truck licence or above desirable
Construction Induction Card
Availability to work nights/weekends when required
Good communication skills
Excellent attitude, hardworking, positive and a team player
A willingness to learn new skills
This is a full-time permanent position with great rates, including penalties and allowances.
The pre-employment process will include a medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
