The Opportunity
Pay will be $***** per hour depending on skills and experience. The position will be 2-3 days per week, starting casually with prospect to move part-time.
We're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager / Content Creator who can confidently run our social channels with minimal supervision.



This is not an entry-level scheduling role.
You'll be responsible for planning, creating and publishing engaging content while continually improving our reach, engagement and community growth. We're after someone who understands social media strategy just as much as they understand creating beautiful content.
You'll work closely with the Creative Director while independently managing the day-to-day execution of REIGNER's digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Own and manage REIGNER's Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Facebook presence
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, launches and business objectives
Write engaging captions and platform-specific copy
Schedule and publish content across all platforms
Manage community engagement including comments and messages where required
Grow followers, engagement and overall brand awareness through proven social strategies
Content Creation
Film and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
Capture behind-the-scenes studio content
Create engaging lifestyle and product-focused content
Coordinate and organise UGC creators and customer content
Assist with photoshoot planning and creative direction
Manage and organise photo and video assets
Marketing & Campaigns
Develop creative concepts for product launches and seasonal campaigns
Design and schedule EDMs
Support Meta advertising with creative asset production
Create graphics and digital marketing assets as required
Assist with website content including imagery and product descriptions as required
Strategy & Reporting
Monitor trends and identify opportunities relevant to the brand
Analyse content performance and recommend improvements

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate proven success growing social media accounts, not just posting content.
You should have:
Proven experience managing social media accounts independently
Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok best practices
Experience creating content that drives engagement and audience growth
Excellent copywriting skills
High-level video filming and editing skills
Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro) or equivalent creative software
Experience using scheduling platforms such as Meta Business Suite or similar
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Confidence working autonomously
A genuine interest in fashion, tailoring and creative industries
Bonus points if you have experience with:
Meta Ads creative
Klaviyo or Mailchimp
Shopify
Photography
Fashion or luxury brands
