We're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a busy drive-thru restaurant in Roxburgh Park. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to lead a great team, build a positive culture, and develop your leadership career with the support and training to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and motivate your team through every shift
Coach and develop team members
Deliver great customer experiences
Manage stock, inventory, labour and rosters
Build a positive and engaged team culture
Maintain food safety, workplace safety and operational standards




About You
Leadership experience in hospitality, retail or a customer-focused environment
Positive, hands-on leadership style
Strong communication and organisational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
Passion for developing people and building great teams
Drive-thru experience is highly regarded but not essential
