Reporting to the Area Manager and National Operations Manager, you'll be empowered to lead your store to success - with the support of a dedicated Merchandise Manager (our internal title for Assistant Manager).
As a Store Manager, you'll shape your store's culture, drive commercial performance, and lead from the front.What You'll Do:Lead by example to achieve and exceed sales & KPI targetsMotivate, coach & develop your team to successManage store profitability,
