Join our dedicated team delivering trauma-informed, culturally responsive services as part of the NPA Recent Specialist Worker Program.You will provide early intervention, crisis support, case management, and advocacy to help victim-survivors recover and rebuild protected, healthy lives.
Your work will be vital in improving access to justice, housing, and support services, particularly in rural, regional, and marginalized communities.What you will be doingDeliver trauma-informed, client-centred support and case management to women and children experiencing violence.Develop safety plans and conduct comprehensive risk assessments.Advocate for clients with housing, legal, and community services.Collaborate with community partners and government agencies to enhance service delivery.Maintain confidential, accurate client records and case files.Participate in community education and violence prevention initiatives.What we are looking forQualification in Community/Social Welfare OR equivalent experience.Strong understanding of domestic, family,
