Job Description
Learning Ladder Early Learning Centres Pty Ltd As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting educational programs for pre-primary students. You will lead a team of educators to create an environment that promotes the social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development of every child.
Key Responsibilities
Designing and implementing high-quality educational programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Planning and structuring learning in both indoor and outdoor environments using a variety of materials.
Promoting language development through storytelling, role play, songs, and rhymes.
Observing and evaluating students' progress to detect signs of developmental needs or health issues.
Leading and mentoring junior educators and supervising student teachers on placement.
Engaging in regular parent‐teacher consultations and participating in community support programs.
Ensuring all practices align with the National Quality Standard (NQS).
Required Skills & Experience
Qualification:



Relevant Bachelor or Graduate Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent as recognized by ACECQA/AITSL).
Registration: Current (or eligibility for) registration with ACECQA as an ECT.
Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience as a early childhood teacher in a childcare or kindergarten setting.
Compliance: Valid.
Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
