About the client
Our client is a large general insurer offering Retail Motor Vehicle Insurance and Commercial Insurance throughout Australia. They are embarking on a strategic enterprise-wide digital transformation program to modernize their core insurance technology landscape.
About the role
The Learning Content Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the transformation program and is responsible for the review, amendment and creation of high-quality learning content, including knowledge articles, procedures, and policy documentation, to enable operational readiness and adoption.
What's Required
This position requires strong expertise in insurance systems (Guidewire preferable), experience with knowledge management systems, and the ability to translate complex processes into clear, user friendly content, in some instances, from scratch. More specifically they will have the following skills and experience:
Proven experience in content development within a transformation or operational environment
Experience working with insuramce platforms (Guidewire, Duck Creek or similar)
Strong background in general insurance
Demonstrated experience using knowledge management systems
Ability to create structured content from scratch, including interpreting requirements and translating into learning materials
Excellent written communication skills with a strong focus on clarity and usability
Robust attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities
Experience supporting large transformation or digital programs
Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
Experience working in Agile/Waterfall delivery environments.
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in insurance.
