You will focus on retail presentation and customer experience, receiving pre-prepared, high-quality cuts from our production facility, with no heavy carcass work.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years of butchery experience, strong knife skills, and a passion for quality meat. Weekend availability and a team‐oriented communication style are essential.
