Everon Air Solutions Pty Ltd. has an exciting chance for an experienced Air Conditioning/Sheetmetal Installer to join our team. This full-time position is crucial in supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality HVAC solutions to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
Undertake the installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems and related sheet metal components
Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals to ensure accurate installation and compliance
Perform preventative maintenance and address any repair requirements in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of projects
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with clients as required
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience as an air conditioning/sheetmetal installer in the HVAC industry
Strong technical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications




Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve any installation or maintenance issues
Proven track record of working safely and effectively, both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A relevant trade qualification or certificate in air conditioning/refrigeration or sheetmetal fabrication
