We're looking for a Calibration Coordinator to join our Quality team and take ownership of our calibration program, ensuring our measurement and test equipment remains accurate, compliant and ready to support world-class manufacturing. Working closely with Engineering, Operations and external service providers, you'll play a vital role in maintaining product quality, regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

The role responsibilities include:
Manage the site-wide calibration program, ensuring all M&TE; is calibrated and available for use.
Maintain accurate calibration records, asset registers and ERP data.
Coordinate external calibration providers and review calibration documentation.
Ensure compliance with AS****/AS****, customer and regulatory requirements.
Support audits, out-of-tolerance investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Operations to minimise disruption and maintain equipment readiness.
Desired Skills and Experience
Required skills, experience and qualifications:
Experience coordinating calibration programs or managing Measurement & Test Equipment (M&TE;).
Experience working within manufacturing, aerospace, defence or another highly regulated industry.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance.
Experience maintaining accurate records within ERP or asset management systems.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across multiple departments.
A proactive mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
Trade or technical qualification, Metrology or a related discipline.
Experience working within AS****, AS**** or ISO quality management systems.
Experience interpreting calibration certificates and traceability requirements.
Additional Requirements
Due to the nature of our work and the requirements of our customers, all applicants
may be required to hold Australian citizenship
and need to meet
ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations)
and/or
EAR (Export Administration Regulations)
compliance as part of employment eligibility.
