WT Financial Group is seeking a motivated professional to join our Central Advice Team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in financial advice, paraplanning, compliance or advice review who are looking to expand their technical and regulatory expertise within a forward-looking, adviser-facing risk management and compliance environment.
About the Role
You will join a national team of 10+ specialists supporting advisers across a broad range of strategies and client scenarios. The position combines advice file review, technical guidance and contribution to the licensee's risk management framework. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capability and a commitment to quality advice delivery are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct peer reviews of advice files using WT's AI-enabled tools and workflow management systems
Provide technical and strategy support across superannuation, insurance, investments, retirement, SMSFs and gearing
Assist in implementing and enhancing the licensee's risk management framework
Offer timely,



practical guidance to advisers to improve advice quality and compliance
Participate in team training, technical sessions and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For
Mandatory Requirements (your application will not be considered without these)
Minimum two years' demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: providing personal advice to retail clients, auditing or reviewing personal advice, or paraplanning for retail clients
This experience requirement is non-negotiable and essential to perform the role
