OverviewLead the Accommodation Team at a thriving Airlie Beach Icon Reef Gateway Hotel, a busy, well-established venue within Australian Venue Co., currently undergoing exciting renovations.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will oversee day‐to‐day operations of the accommodation department, ensuring high standards across guest experience, presentation, team performance, compliance and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day‐to‐day accommodation operationsOversee reservations, check‐in/check‐out and room allocation processesMaintain high standards across guest experience, cleanliness and presentationManage guest feedback and customer service recovery professionallySupervise, train and support accommodation team membersEnsure compliance, safety and operational procedures are followedComplete operational reporting and support continuous improvement initiativesMonitor occupancy, room standards and operational efficienciesSupport a positive, accountable and high‐performing team cultureWork closely with the broader venue team to deliver a seamless guest experienceWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience within accommodation,
