Southport Sharks on the Gold Coast are seeking a reliable Kitchen Steward.
The role is casual with an Award Level 1 rate of $* per hour plus penalties, supporting a busy commercial kitchen and chefs in a rapid-paced setting.You will handle dishwashing, maintain a clean and secure workspace, assist with waste and stock movement, and follow food safety and hygiene standards while on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
