National Mobile Camps Operations – Toowoomba QLD$100,000 - $110,000 per annum (remuneration will be dependent on qualifications and experience)National Mobile Camps (NMC) is looking for a Trade Qualified Maintenance & Refurbishment Technician with experience in coach building, fabrication and/or body building.
This role supports both field operations and workshop functions, carrying out inspections, repairs, maintenance, and refurbishments across our mobile accommodation units, trailers, and specialist equipment.If you're hands-on, detail-focused, and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you!
Key ResponsibilitiesInspect and document returned camp assets.Prepare camp packages, trailers, and site offices for deployment.Complete repairs, servicing, and scheduled maintenance tasks.Build, assemble, repair, and refurbish trailers and mobile units.Install panels, fixtures, interiors,



and finishes.Interpret technical drawings and operate workshop equipment safely.Skills & QualificationsCertificate III Bus/Truck/Trailer/Caravan building (highly desirable) or trade in Fabrication, Construction, or Carpentry.3+ years post trade experienceStrong fabrication, fitting, assembly, and general maintenance skills.Ability to read technical drawings.Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and solid WHS awareness.Based in Condamine – versatile roster will be available to the right candidate.Occasional travel to remote sites and NMC offices (limited requirement).
