At CMTP, we're one of Australia's leading timber and packaging manufacturers with over 50 years of stability. We're looking for a hands‐on Team Leader to lead a team of approximately 10 people while working alongside them on the production floor at our contemporary Dandenong South site.
What you'll be doing
Working alongside and developing your team in a hands‐on production environment
Operating timber manufacturing machinery, assembly work and automated robots
Monitoring production, quality and safety standards
Coaching team members and driving continuous improvement
Operating a forklift (desirable)
You'll have:




Experience or the desire to step up into leading a team in a timber production environment
A hands‐on leadership style and a strong work ethic
Confidence operating power tools and machinery
A commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
A Forklift Licence (LF)
