Compensation: £55,000 to £70,000, depending on experience
What you'll do
Define and refine how marketing performance is measured across global go-to-market teams.
Build scalable dashboards and self-service reporting tools to reduce ad-hoc requests.
Develop performance forecasts and scenario models that link marketing efforts to revenue.
Provide data-driven insights to identify risks and opportunities for the marketing organization.
Collaborate with senior leaders in marketing, sales, and finance to guide data-informed decisions.
Requirements




Experience in marketing analytics or marketing operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
Strong understanding of pipeline, campaign, and lead performance metrics.
Ability to analyze complex data and present clear, compelling narratives to various stakeholders.
Commercial awareness, with experience in forecasting, performance modeling, and scenario planning tied to revenue.
Robust communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
