About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
Removing, repairing and replacing windscreens and other automotive glass components across a wide range of vehicles
Managing jobs from assessment through to completion
Completing chip repairs, resealing work and glass replacements to industry standards
Assessing vehicle damage and recommending the most appropriate repair or replacement solution
Delivering outstanding customer service whilst maintaining a customer satisfaction rating above 4.6 stars
Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues and branch management
Contributing to team knowledge by supporting and mentoring less experienced team members
About you
This position requires previous automotive glazing experience.
To be considered, you will need:
Demonstrated experience fitting and repairing automotive glass
Robust technical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
High standards of safety and workmanship
Ability to work independently and manage mobile jobs
Professional communication and customer service skills
Flexibility to attend occasional training sessions or meetings outside standard working hours
Australian working rights or the skills and experience required to be considered for employer sponsorship
A Certificate III in Automotive Glazing will be highly regarded but is not essential for experienced candidates
