About the Role
We are seeking a confident and results-driven Employment Placement Specialist to join our team. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, engaging with employers, and helping clients achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

You are outgoing, motivated, and highly driven, with exceptional communication and networking skills. You enjoy working in a quick-paced environment and are passionate about supporting people into meaningful employment.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively canvass the job market to identify suitable employment opportunities
Conduct reverse marketing to promote clients to potential employers
Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers and industry partners
Match clients to job vacancies that align with their skills and goals
Support clients throughout the recruitment and placement process
Maintain accurate records and meet performance targets
Identify labour market trends and opportunities




Skills and Experience
Proven experience in employment services, recruitment, or a similar role
Strong experience with reverse marketing and employer engagement
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build rapport quickly with a wide range of stakeholders
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Outcome-focused with a proactive attitude
Knowledge of the local labour market is highly regarded
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in workplace rehabilitation services or similar role
Independence and autonomy with the ability to work in a team environment
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with electronic client record keeping
Class C Drivers licence and own vehicle
Travel around Melbourne and some regional locations is required in the role
