Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT) Teaching position in Lancashire

I currently have ECT roles for Year 5, Year 4, Year 2 and Reception, all starting in the recent year at schools able to support inductions.

Requirements:
Qualified teacher status (QTS) or pending completion of PGCE.
Passion for primary education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and engage young learners.
Observation and interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited into the school for a lesson observation (typically 1 hour long, numeracy or literacy lesson).



Following this, you will then be interviewed by the school SLT. This process allows you to understand the school and get a true indication of the day-to-day running of the school.
