South East Leisure is seeking a Venue Manager to lead the transition and operations for the recent Oasis Aquatics and Wellbeing centre in Dandenong, opening in late ****. You will oversee fit-out, planning, commissioning, and community engagement with Council partners.
From day one you'll recruit and lead a high-performing team, drive safety and service excellence, and establish the foundations for ongoing performance in alignment with the Greater Dandenong Council Plan.
