We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will join our agile Technology and Transformation team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex business and technology projects that deliver meaningful outcomes across the organisation.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Lead assigned projects and workstreams from initiation through to implementation, transition and formal closure
Define clear project outcomes, scope, delivery plans, budgets, quality expectations and success measures
Manage governance, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies and change control with a strong focus on practical delivery
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to shape work that delivers measurable business value
Provide clear, decision-ready updates to sponsors and governance forums while surfacing emerging issues early
Manage suppliers, delivery partners,



commercial commitments and project financials within agreed tolerances
Ensure testing, training, operational readiness and support arrangements are in place before transition into business operations
We are ideally seeking candidates with:
Tenured project management experience across complex, multi-stream business and technology projects
Demonstrated experience delivering high value projects and initiatives
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence outcomes without relying on formal authority
Broad technology exposure, including Microsoft environments, with Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics experience highly regarded
Strong capability in planning, governance, budgeting, forecasting, risk management and delivery control
The judgement to adapt structured, iterative or hybrid delivery approaches to suit the project and business context
A practical, humble and outcome-focused style, with the confidence to lead and the judgement to elevate when needed
