Help deliver exceptional care within one of NSW's leading health services. What you'll be doing As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Suite,



you will provide evidence-based, person-centred perioperative care that promotes positive patient outcomes throughout the surgical journey.
This role requires demonstrated experience working as an Instrument-Circulating Nurse. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will apply your clinical expertise, sound judgement and commitment to patient safety in a dynamic theatre environment.
.Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
.Assess, monitor and respond to changing patient needs while working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
.Delegate and supervise Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing and students within their scope of practice.
.Advocate for patients and their families, ensuring effective communication and coordinating referrals where required.
.Manage clinical resources efficiently while maintaining professional standards, cultural respect and evidence-based practice.
Essential Criteria: .Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated recent experience with the scrubs-scout role in an operating suite
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work




Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person centered care
Demonstrated effective communication skills- written and verbal
Demonstrated commitment to professional development
Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership to junior members of the team
