They're looking for someone with strong documentation, coordination, and leadership skills. Proficient in ArchiCAD is required. Key Responsibilities
Lead design and delivery of multi-residential and mixed-use projects from concept to completion
Coordinate consultant teams and manage documentation across all project stages
Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio knowledge-sharing
Ensure design intent is upheld through detailed documentation and construction
Work closely with directors, clients,



and collaborators to maintain quality and timelines
Skills & Experience
8 - 10 years' experience with strong multi-residential project exposure
Proficiency in ArchiCAD preferred, or willing to upskill
Registered Architect or on the pathway to registration
Strong technical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with consultants and clients
