We are now looking for a talented, organised, and enthusiastic Marketing & HR Assistant to join our head office team and help us grow.
The Prospect
This is a genuinely varied, dual-function role that sits right at the centre of how we attract great people and tell our story to the world. No two days will look the same — you might be posting a SEEK advertisement in the morning and scheduling a social media campaign in the afternoon.
This role is being offered initially as a 6-month part-time contract — 2 days per week — with genuine potential to transition to an ongoing permanent position for the right candidate.



As our group continues to grow, so too could your hours and responsibilities. We are not just filling a contract; we are looking for someone we want to keep.
What You Will Be Doing;
Draft and post Seek job advertisements for all centres
Create and schedule social media content + Ads
Assist with enrolment marketing campaigns
Maintain Staff documents + HR files for our worker register
Support centre open days and community events promotions
Support Head Office in marketing and HR administrative tasks
What We Are Looking For;
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Human Resources, Business or related field (working towards Undergraduate encouraged to apply)
Previous experience in marketing, HR or administration preferred not required
Strong organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and G-Suite (Google Drive, Google docs, Gmail)
Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Tik Tok) - scheduling and content creation
Familiarity with Canva, design tools or basic content creation
A collaborative, can-do attitude and genuine attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive HR information with discretion and professionalism
